Hugo is an educator with a record of success in motivating adults and students to live active, spiritual, and healthy lifestyles, integrating yoga into their lives. Hugo is a certified practitioner in MAT Muscle Activation Techniques, Zero Balance and Vertical Reality. He has VortexHealing experience as well. Hugo is a seasoned soccer player for over 30 years. He has the ability to motivate students regardless of their fitness levels. He pioneered the Healthy Lifestyles Program, a healthy lunch program and yoga in one of Chicago’s leading charter schools.
